ICC has been appointed by Bristol City Council to provide structural and civil engineering for 42 no. residential dwellings: maximising the development of Affordable Homes, in particular for Social Rent.

The site is extremely complex due to the existing roads and new tight access to be provided around the existing shops. We are working very closely with BCC and AHR to achieve an adoptable road design while keeping a level threshold for all houses.
