ICC has been appointed by Bristol City Council to provide civil and structural engineering for construction of 35 no. residential dwellings: maximising the development of Affordable Homes, particularly for Social Rent.

Although the drainage looked straightforward, the existing drainage point is shallow. By repositioning the drainage attenuation tanks and carefully considering the levels of the houses, ICC managed to mitigate the pumping station.
