A new contemporary top floor extension. A series of timber cranked ribs with glass infill form a new floor on top of the existing three-storey CLT structure. A new cantilevering balcony was also added. 

ICC worked hand in hand with the main contractor to produce an alternative design to the proposed CLT to bring the project back within budget.
