Altering and extending the existing building. The new design creates spaces for meetings, a new café, and facilities. A new steel mezzanine was provided. Supports at key locations on the existing slab were provided to avoid new footings. 

ICC proposed a raft construction foundation, on well compacted made-up ground to backfill an old reservoir. 

Building on past experience ICC has made this project viable by proposing a raft foundation together with lightweight construction instead of piling.
