Built-in 1913 by a charitable organization for the disabled, Guild Heritage House was ready for a full renovation. New flats were incorporated in timber onto the existing slab, avoiding new foundations. Internal courtyards were provided by removing part of the roof.

Since work started at the same time as the design, ICC worked closely with the contractor to ensure the smooth running of the site.
