This amazing site comprises of eight buildings including the existing grade 2 listed manor house, the old school, the science building, new houses and an underground car park.

ICC worked closely with the architects to enhance the historic features of the existing building. An extra storey was added to the science block, and a new building and car park were constructed. The gardens were utilised to provide SUDS drainage to the whole scheme while providing a stunning landscape.
