ICC was appointed to refurbish the existing oak threshing barn into a restaurant while restoring the original timber oak to its previous glory. The existing buildings were converted into guest accommodation and a bakery.

A new two-storey Dutch barn was added to provide retail space. Screw piles for the foundations were proposed to avoid disruption to the existing buildings. As part of the planning application, ICC provided a full SUDS drainage strategy.
