STAITHE BARN,
NORFOLK

This 19th Century brick and flint coastal barn in Norfolk was refurbished,  with the internal layout totally remodelled.

The newly exposed steel scissor trusses generated a dramatic height in the first floor and allowed for the construction of a new mezzanine floor.

While modernising the house, the charm of the stone has been put in contrast with the new steel providing additional spaces while making the most of the amazing views at the front and back.
