A new, very narrow, domestic residence which occupies three floors above a courtyard. The existing site was only six metres wide so everything was squeezed in, even the structure.

The archaeological interest of the site, the narrow width and the locations of underground services meant that screw piling, offset from the edge of the neighbouring walls, with cantilever reinforced concrete ground beams were chosen to support the structure above.
