ICC designed the alterations to the existing properties. 

Three new dwellings were constructed to the rear of the existing properties with prefabricated load-bearing timber frames and a natural stone cladding mixed with timber.

The site sloped to the North by 20 meters, requiring extensive retaining structures throughout the site to accommodate the level changes.
